Article Processing Charge

Jurnal Global Ilmiah publishes all its articles in a fully open-access format. The scientific community and the general public have free, unlimited, and immediate access to all content published in the Global Scientific Journal as soon as it is available online. This means the Jurnal Global Ilmiah does not generate revenue from subscription sales for print or online journal viewing, nor from “pay-per-view” fees. Therefore, the Jurnal Global Ilmiah finances editorial and production costs by collecting an Article Processing Charge (APC) from authors' institutions or research funders.

The APC for the Jurnal Global Ilmiah is 61.25 USD or the equivalent of IDR 1,000,000. The APC covers editorial services and article production.

There is no fee for submitting articles to the Jurnal Global Ilmiah. APC is paid only when the editor informs the author that the article has been accepted for processing to the next stage. Editors of the Global Scientific Journal do not accept payments directly to the journal’s bank account; all payments are handled through a third-party partner. The editor will contact authors regarding the APC only when the article has been accepted by both reviewers.

No APC waivers have been offered since submissions in 2023.
